Really loved the spaciousness of my room. Plenty of power sockets made charging devices super easy. The décor was charming, giving a cozy feel. I appreciated the rainfall shower, but the water pressure could definitely be improved. The hotel’s location was a major plus, just a few minutes' walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and loads of dining spots. Breakfast was well-prepared with a good variety of options. The staff provided excellent service but seemed a bit rigid at times when addressing specific requests. It would have been great to have a table in my room to read and work at, but overall, it was a nice stay with a few minor tweaks needed to enhance comfort.

It would be helpful to have a study table in more rooms!!! The hotel could do better with sound insulation to minimize street noise!!! Lacking a direct view from all rooms could be a drawback!!!

The Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel & Spa offers a charming atmosphere with its beautifully decorated common areas and spacious, immaculate rooms. The welcoming staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service, especially during breakfast where fresh fruits were available daily.

The noise from traffic was unbearable, particularly on the second floor. Additionally, there were issues with hot water running out too quickly, making it difficult for two people to shower comfortably.

Cozy stay with great perks

My partner and I had a lovely time here! The room we got had a charming city view that was a real treat. Plus, it’s just a short walk to cool spots like Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were super friendly and even helped us find the best street food around. Only thing, the beds could be a bit comfier.

Free Wi-Fi made everything easier. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste.

The service was incredible not just service but genuine care from the staff they made our stay feel special. One of the highlights was when the manager packed a breakfast for us knowing our early flight we just felt that they cared making it memorable.

It wasn’t exactly bargain-priced but still worth it.
